lifes lookin good

I am done with my senior service hours and now i am back on the payroll. I am so happy because im broke and me and my friends are goin in town for a nice dinner instead of prom. We may drop a few hundred each. I also got into Mass Maritime Academy too. That was my top choice and i am so pumped to go there.

Vacation

It was a great vacation. I took the vette out and made it from braintree to the sagamore in 20 minutes. I worked for a couple days but it was not bad at all. I slept in and did whatever for the most part. I also sanded the bottom of my boat saturday. I was covered in bottom paint and took forever in the shower to get it all off. It was an awesome vacation and i learned how to drift the corvette too.

Senior service again

Another day of service passed by and i only have 5 more hours to do. I cant wait for it to be over. Im taking all of next week off because i need to take a break. I will finish my hours the week after vacation and then i can finally start making some money. Service is really easy. I just chill out and watch the kids play Xbox. Or i will play different card games with the kids.

Almost done

Seniors are almost done with school. I cant wait. We have a week until april vacation and then only like 10 days after that and we are out. Then ill start making some money and saving up for college.

Service

I have 24 hours of service done now. I will be etting another 3 done tonight after practice. I like going to my service site because it is a nice place to hang out and i am freinds with all of the staff. I dont consider itwork. Its a fun place and everyone is nice for the most part. There are 2 bad things. Im not getting paid and it is extremely hot there.

the past week

I have 12 of my 40 hours of community service so far. I am going broke because i am doing my regular job but not getting paid. Gas is brutal. The kids are also brutal. They dont listen unless u threaten them with a suspension then they only listen for a few then dont.

today

Today we had a substitute teacher talk to us about a previous job he had. He managed the web site for the Denver Broncos for a while before moving here with his family. He talked about how everything has progressed since he was working there and how its alot easier now

Service

I am doing my service at the place i already work at. Yesterday i played pickle with the kids in the gamesroom. Then my boss left so i had to run the show for the rest of the night. I make the BC high kids take the trash out and all the other stuff we dont like doin. Other than that its very uneventful.

Wednesday

This Wednesday afternoon i am going to Florida with my father. He noticed that i dont go anywhere and thought he would take me somewhere. So he found a great deal on airfare and a hotel and booked it. We are going to go Sport fishing and visit his cousin down there as well. We r coming back sunday night. I wont go to senior service this week but its no big deal since i pretty much tell my boss what i do. Ill have plenty of time to do my service hours since i can go any day of the week.

IPad 2

The new (well kinda new) ipad came out today. This new ipad is substantially more sleek than the previous. It is only .34 inches thick compared to the firs one at .5 inches thick. The bezel is a little thinner. This is the space between the screen and the edge of the screen. The new ipad upgraded to the new A5 chip from apple. It is a 1 Gigahertz precessor. This is not a huge improovement from the first one but the performance of the ipad 2 is substantially better. The ipad 2 never seems to even struggle with any task thrown at it. The ipad 2 has added 2 new cameras to it. There is a small one facing you above the screen and there is one on the back of the device. These cameras are really not that great. They seem to be the same cameras from the ipod touch 4th generation.

Spring is almost here

CTS-V Coupe

This is the completely new 2011 Cadillac CTS-V COUPE. The cts has come in the sedan for a while now but the coupe has finally showed up. The Same 6.2 liter supercharged V8 is under the hood. It has the same horsepower at 556 and the same amount of torque at 551 ft-lbs. The car is only a few hundred pounds lighter but it still feels the same as the sedan. This is one of the best cars in the world for its class. It has the class leading power and it also has one of the lower price tags. It beat the M3 around Nurburgring (which hasn't even been challenged for a while)

2012 Charger SRT8

This is the 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8. This model got a refresh for this new model year. It also increased the Displacement of the V6 to 6.4 Liters from 6.1. This car is now pushing 465 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. This is up from the 425-420 of the previous model. Dodge even found a way to increase the fuel economy too but theres no word of how much. Guestimations put the times from 0 to 60 in 4.6 seconds and 0 to 100 in 11 seconds and a top speed limited to 175.
